It did what I needed it to do, but the updates were kind of slow at times. Not sure how to explain it, but it felt like I was waiting longer than I should have here and there

It’s easy enough to use, like I didn’t really have to think too hard about where things were or what to do next, which is always nice. The only thing is the pages can load kinda slow sometimes, and I find myself just sitting there waiting for a second like, okay, are we going or not? Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable.

I regret reaching out because it didn’t really feel like I got any actual help. I was hoping for some useful support or guidance, but in the end, I was pretty much left in the same place I started.

I used MoneyGram to send some money to my brother, i was assuming it would take a while like these things usually do. But he got it within just a few minutes, which really surprised me. The app was easy to use too, so I wasn’t stuck waiting around or trying to figure out a bunch of steps. For me, the speed was definitely the best part. I’d use it again.

Went to the MoneyGram place near my house it was quick. Lady there checked my ID, helped me fill out the form, and got the money sent without any hassle. Had to wait a few minutes in line, but nothing too bad
